Então vim pensando antes em ler amostrar gratuitas dos livros que fiz resenhas, mas em inglês, e por algum motivo não me sinto tão confiante fazendo esse tipo de leitura e acabei postando um video só. Então eu pensei, porque não pegar e ler amostras gratuitas de livros nos quais eu mesma traduziria para o português? Por causa disso eu pensei se vale a pena a ler alguns livros em português. Nunca fui fã de ler livros brasileiro e os livros estrangeiros que são traduzidos demoram a chegar no Brasil e quando chegam são muito mais caros dos valores que pago neles para ler digitalmente, mas recentemente venho checando alguns livros no Amazon em português e não parece estar tão caro assim e então saiu uma feirinha de livros esse sábado (ontem) e acabei não resistindo e comprando o primeiro livro da trilogia da Laini Taylor e encomendei os outros dois que completam a trilogia.      Soo, I was so nervous yesterday because I was posting a review for the first time, and I was scared of the results, which I guess I shouldn't have worried about, mostly because I don't think many people even read it yet, much less criticize whatever I've written, but because of all this I ended up forgetting to put up Labels in my post and I forgot to add that Summer Demons is part of a series even though It is still a Stand Alone, the thing is, the rest of the books have different characters but some of them have characters portrayed in each book. So Summer Demons is a separate book, but the next book in this series is about Amy, Jenna's best friend in Summer Demons!      So, for those of you that like Amy, you may like the next book "Winter Angel". I haven't read it yet, but I guess it's in my list of next reading (which is a very long list). I'll be editing the post, but just wanted to make it clear first, or some people may not notice t...

However, it turns out leaving everything behind isn't as easy as it sounds. She thought she could move on and break free of her fears - that if she had some space the pain would stop. But as memories resurface due to an ill-timed joke, the past crashes into her present once more and she didn't see it coming. Jenna's plans for normality are derailed by the charismatic Ethan Brooks. She sees him as an annoyance; he sees her as a challenge. But as he tries every trick known to him to impress her, they only serve to push her further away. He's never faced this problem before and Ethan has to work harder than he ever has if he wants to win over and help his mysterious girl. A young adult romance, this novella would be a great book for teenagers or as a feel-good summer read.
